PubKeep is a Saint Systems product. Get it at pubkeep.com.
Microsoft removed Publisher from Microsoft 365 on October 1, 2026, and support for the older perpetual versions ends October 13. Without Publisher, your .pub files won’t open. PubKeep keeps them open and editable.

Keep publishing
PubKeep, a Microsoft Publisher replacement for Windows and Mac, opens your .pub files, so you keep editing them the way you always have: the same text boxes, master pages, and fold-over booklets, page for page. Buy it once for $99, with no subscription and a free 7-day trial (no credit card needed). Volume licenses cover 2, 5, or 10 computers.
On a Mac, download PubKeep from pubkeep.com.
Save your archive
PubKeep Converter bulk-converts a whole folder of .pub files into exact PDFs, page for page and font for font, so your archive is safe no matter what you use next. The first 3 files are free.
Who it is for
Churches, nonprofits, schools, and small businesses that built years of newsletters, bulletins, flyers, and programs in Publisher and do not want to lose that work or relearn a complicated design tool.
