Tomorrow, October 1, Microsoft 365 loses Publisher. On October 13, support ends for the versions people bought outright. For thousands of church offices, schools, nonprofits and small businesses, that is years of bulletins, newsletters, programs and flyers made in a tool that is going away.
So today we’re making PubKeep available to everyone.
What PubKeep is
PubKeep is a desktop app for Windows and Mac, built by Saint Systems, that opens your existing Publisher (.pub) files and lets you keep editing them. Nothing re-flowed and nothing to rebuild. It uses a familiar ribbon, so staff and volunteers don’t need retraining, and it prints or saves to PDF for the printer, the website or email.
It’s a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The introductory Founder price is $99 for one computer or $159 for two, through October 31, 2026. There are 5 and 10 computer licenses for offices and schools, and we’re happy to talk about larger deployments.
Built with real users
More than 400 churches and ministries, 200 nonprofits, and a lot of schools and small businesses joined early access over the last few weeks. They opened their own files, reported what didn’t look right, and we fixed it, often the same week. PubKeep is much better because of them, and we’re grateful.
